Placement Season and The Indian Education System

KNOW YOUR WORTH

First and foremost "don't get offended," i didn't mean to hurt your feelings, or your so called achievement by getting placed in a company and working for a BOSS. I hope reading this till the end will some sort of sense to my words, so keep reading.

Your 1st start your academic career begins when you all join kindergarten or nursery and it keeps going on & on. Everybody says "बस दो साल और पढ़ लो , फिर ज़िन्दगी सेट है तुम्हारी ." I had a question to these people that how could you predict my future if you have no idea about yourself!! and yeah it make sense. We, the Indian students keep on taking hire academic degrees for the precious 20-22 years of their life and after their Post Graduation or PhD. 

Meanwhile when the students are in final semester of their Post Graduation, they are required to sit in placement drives willingly or unwillingly. Some used to get a JOB at their 1st drive only... yeah you're quite lucky but have you ever thought "Your Mind, your thinking power and ultimately YOU Worth more than 2-4lacs.??" Let me remind you this education system is just Supplying a bunch of WORKERS not Managers.

I am not saying don't get a job... but at least choose the job profile you think you're fit in, because you can't CARRY a work more than 1 year, so choose wisely it's your life.

Talking about the current Indian Education System, i must say it's pathetic. This education system is nothing but just a Business because we spend a huge money on our studies and in the end are unable to get a job! Somehow if got it will be a pitty job on which you can only payout your bills, rents and just your basic necessities and NOTHING ELSE. 



Here i want to share my own story, my dad spent a lot of bucks on my studies and everything but i didn't find my self learning any new in pursuing my MBA Degree as everyone's busy in copying assignments, projects from online sources even the CV's are made by "ctrl+c" & "ctrl+v." What's the use of these stupid assignments and projects!!! The pattern must be replaced otherwise we'll keep on working for 2-4 lacs. job and after 10-15 years regretting on this only.

No Risk No Gain

DON'T SETTLE FOR AVERAGE You have to be ODD if you want to be number one. There is no royal road to anything. One thing at a time , all things in succession. That which grows fast, withers as rapidly. That which grows slowly, endures. Take time to identify what you're really capable to do for a longtime and as soon as you find out this, do whatever you can in order to turn your dreams into reality. Difficulties come in life not to destroy you but to unleash your hidden potential.  You may fail in passing your exams more than once, may fail in getting recognition at your workplace, might fail as a perfect lover, mother, sister, father, brother, you can even fail in getting a JOB. Don't loose hope, this is not the worst and the best is yet to come. Remember "failure is an EVENT not a person." If you want something you've never had- you have to do something you've never done before. There is no healing in the environment which made you sick....
