Depression doesn't have a face or a mood
We don't talk about it as much as we talk about other diseases, but you'll be shocked to know that 300 million people worldwide are suffering from depression. Depression and bad mental health have been ignored as a serious issue since ages. But, do you know, depression can also lead to death if it gets worst?
So let's just talk about it. Having sadness, loss of interest in every aspect of life ... basically feeling you're not good enough and not capable of establishing yourself , extreme mood swings often with bouts of crying, comfortable in being alone and not sharing your words with anyone with all of this the panic attacks are the indicators that YOU NEED SOME HELP.
There can be various reasons for being depressed as it varies with every another individual. Well i can list some of them here and they're - Doing things you don't like by an forced obligation whether it's a job or studies, breakups, not getting what you wanted, being drugged up by bad companions, any bad accident near to death, physical abuse at a tender age or in a teenage, losing your parents , getting bullied at school/ colleges/workplace.
World famous singers are dealing with the same what we're dealing with!!! The difference is only that
their stories are published everywhere and your's NOT.
Talking about Late Chester bennington, lead vocalist in the band LINKIN PARK expressed about his depression as sometimes it's great, but a lot of times for me, it's really hard. And no matter how i'm feeling, i always found myself struggling with certain patterns of behavior. You can check this out to know what he was going through In the end and One more light .
Few months ago Shawn Mendes, a world famous Canadian singer- songwriter expressed openly about his depression and anxiety during the release of his song " Shawn Mendes- it isn't in my blood" .
Selena Gomez still trying to fight back with her emotional breakdown. Here you can see it by her old instagram post
We need to stop
saying that people are “attention seeking”, because speaking about your
struggles is something that most people find very difficult to do. As someone
who struggles a lot with anxiety issues, I often feel I am being judged when in
retrospect it may have been a harmless comment. It is so important to be KIND
to anyone, at any chance you get, because you have no idea how much your words
and actions can impact a person’s mental state. This goes for both positive and
negative acts or comments, they can both have a lasting impact.
Hey i know you've been through a lot but STAY... HANG IN THERE.... right there, don't lose hope because it's only YOU who knows how to deal with the demons inside your head. Make "MUSIC" your best and life long companion ... communicate to people you like .. talk about your fears and the best of you will come out to this world.
I have been working on this for months just to spread a simple message::
" Do things which makes you feel happy
Cut off negative people from your life even if they're too close to you
Get a good music therapy
Work on your physical fitness
Reach out to new places
Quit the job if it makes you feel depressed and outraged
You don't always need to FIX yourself for others
Let the world adjust....for YOU"
Being sad is an option and not a situation if you look into it practically. Being emotional is a living beings nature , but if you talk about depression then you should look into it more carefully. Depression gets out of our hands when we keep on thinking about an unwished past . So life shouldn't be kept in still for something that happened in the past. There is a future which is unseen , unpredictable , unknown and unwritten .
